How SMS notifications work:
Every time a new lead is submitted through the /intake form, all active phone numbers above will receive a text message with the homeowner's name, service type, phone number, and preferred appointment time.
Setup: SMS requires Twilio credentials (TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID, TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN, TWILIO_PHONE_NUMBER) to be configured as environment variables. Contact your administrator if SMS shows as disabled.
